Fold in the dry ingredients with the damp ingredients and stir gently as you add the vanilla extract till the flour is free of clumps. Add the milk gently and stir again.

Transfer the mix in a greased mold and bake for 15 minutes in the oven at 350 degree Fahrenheit. Wait for the cupcakes to cool completely or put them in a freezer for about 45 minutes.

Once the cupcakes are cold, frost with blue or pink frosting if you know what the sex of the baby will be, or have both blue and pink if the sex is yet to be determined. You can decorate the cupcakes with a baby pin, small rattle or other small baby item from a novalty store.
