  • ½ teaspoon vanilla
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup oil
  • ½ cup water

To make this variation of the cupcake, you need to:

  1. Combine in a bowl the flour, cocoa, sugar, soda, salt and cinnamon.
  2. Gradually add the rest of ingredients while continuously stirring the mixture until it reaches a smooth consistency.
  3. Pour the mixture into the cupcake pans lined with cupcake paper. Fill only half of each cup and place pans in the microwave oven. Set timer to high.
  4. Bake for three minutes. Check every now and then if the cupcakes are ready. Decorate, serve and enjoy.
